Juan M. Arzuaga The Executive Secretary is appointed by the Board and reports to the Board through the President and the Executive Committee. In this role, Juan provides vision and strategic management to ensure that IPLOCA’s direction and initiatives achieve the desired results.

Jacqueline Tempel Jacqueline Tempel joined IPLOCA in July 2018. She takes care of membership administration and is responsible for managing the day to day relationship of the IPLOCA Secretariat with the members of the Board, the media partners and the public in general. Jacqueline was born in England and moved to Switzerland in her early twenties. She has both British and Swiss nationalities and is bilingual English/French. Having lived in Geneva for over 20 years, Jacqueline has had the opportunity to work in various sectors such as legal, finance, fiduciary, humanitarian and biotechnology; and has a certificate in Swiss Human Resources.

Caroline Green As manager of IPLOCA’s Annual Convention, she is responsible for contract negotiation with suppliers, programme definition, sponsorship and on-site management of the programme. Caroline has British and Swiss nationality and is bi-lingual English/French. She has a strong administrative background and before joining IPLOCA she worked for diverse organisations in Switzerland, including Caterpillar, Cinzano, the World Health Organisation and Collège du Léman private school.

Sarah Junod Before joining IPLOCA in January 2008, Sarah worked in a wide variety of companies including a freight forwarding agency, fiduciary services companies, and a parquet and veneer retailer. There, she acquired significant experience in administration and accounting. Hired at IPLOCA to provide a wide range of support services, accounting and event management, Sarah was soon promoted to the position of Accounting Manager. Subsequently she was given additional responsibility for the coordination of the HSE Committee, including the organisation of workshops, the collection, analysis and publication of industry statistics, and the management of the Association's awards. She also helps with the administration of the website. A dual French/Swiss national, Sarah is bilingual (French/English), and represents the association in dealings with local authorities and administrations.

Grégoire de Montmollin Grégoire started working with IPLOCA at the end of October 2017, following nine months spent working in a family office in Geneva. He received a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole hotelière de Lausanne in July 2016. Grégoire is a French mother tongue Swiss national, originally from the canton of Neuchatel and he speaks English and some Spanish. He enjoys sports and travelling. He works alongside the Convention Manager as the dedicated Convention Coordinator and also administers the Novel Construction Initiative and the Road to Success book. In addition he provides daily general support to the Secretariat.
