The Novel Construction Spring Session will take place in Madrid, Spain on Wednesday and Thursday, 3 - 4 April 2019. 

The agenda for the meeting will be soon available. It will include presentations on innovative developments on Wednesday morning, group work in the afternoon and group presentations on Thursday morning. 

If you would like to suggest a presentation on Wednesday morning, submit your proposal to Gregoire de Montmollin and Juan Arzuaga as soon as possible

The meetings will be held at the Rafaelhoteles Atocha where people from different companies will gather for a productive session to discuss new construction technologies.

Registration is required and free of charge. Complete the meeting registration form and e-mail it to novel@iploca.com by Friday 1 March

Rafaelhoteles Atocha is conveniently located near to the train station of Atocha that wil bring you directly to and from the airport. We have contracted rooms at a rate of:

  • EUR 143.- for a double room single occupancy per night including breakfast
  • EUR 156.- for a double room double occupancy
  • EUR 192.- for a junior suite
     

To take advantage of these special rates, complete the form in the reservation link by Friday 1 March. After this date, the hotel cannot guarantee availabillity and the contracted room rates.

We suggest you make your hotel reservation with an arrival on Tuesday to allow a prompt start on Wednesday morning.
