Last year we launched the NextGen Network at IPLOCA.

“The purpose of the IPLOCA NextGen Network is to establish a collaborative forum that encourages the next generation of industry professionals to connect, share knowledge, and gain easy access to the IPLOCA community. Additionally, it aims to empower young professionals by providing them with a voice within IPLOCA and supporting their career development.”

To date, we have successfully onboarded 31 NextGen members, all recommended by IPLOCA Board Members.

Since the launch, we’ve hosted several online sessions featuring industry leaders who provided valuable insights on topics such as leadership, career planning, and the energy transition.

NextGen members are strongly encouraged to participate in IPLOCA events. The high level of engagement at the recent Spring Novel Construction Session in Palermo is a testament to their enthusiasm and growing presence within the association.
