The purpose of the IPLOCA NexGen Network is to establish a collaborative forum that encourages the next generation of industry professionals to connect, share knowledge, and gain easy access to the IPLOCA community. Additionally, it aims to empower young professionals by providing them with a voice within IPLOCA and supporting their career development.

As of now we have successfully onboarded 61 NextGen Members, seven of whom are women, reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The average age of our members is 31, indication a strong presence of early-career professionals within the network.

These members are from 28 different companies.
