The IPLOCA Novel Construction Fall Session took place in Budapest, Hungary from Wednesday to Thursday, 29-30 October 2025.

The format of the Novel session was focus on new technologies, energy transition and sustainable development.

The session was split into one and a half days with some technical presentations on Wednesday morning. A workshop will be hold during the afternoon.

On Thursday morning technical presentations continued and the results from the workshop were presented.

The agenda focused on AI Transformation, Skills & Resources, Standards & Compliance Regulatory, Energy Transition and Net Zero Construction.
