IPLOCA Fall meetings 2026

This year, IPLOCA is bringing together two of its flagship initiatives—the HSE Workshop and the Fall Novel Construction Session—into a single two-day event. Taking place in Vienna on 28–29 October 2026, the combined programme will offer members and industry professionals an engaging mix of technical presentations, collaborative workshops, and innovation-focused discussions.

Programme Overview

Wednesday, 28 October: The event will begin with a series of technical presentations during the morning, covering a range of industry-relevant topics. In the afternoon, participants will take part in the IPLOCA HSE Workshop, focusing on health, safety, environmental and CSR best practices.

Thursday, 29 October: Technical presentations will continue throughout the morning. The afternoon will be dedicated to the Novel Construction Group Workshop, where participants will collaborate in groups before presenting their ideas and concepts to the audience.

Agenda

The detailed agenda for the combined event will be published at the end of September. Over the course of the two days, attendees can expect presentations and discussions on a wide range of topics, including safety, emerging technologies, the energy transition, carbon footprint reduction, and other key issues shaping the pipeline industry. The event has been designed to encourage both knowledge sharing and collaboration, combining expert presentations with interactive workshop sessions that promote innovation and practical problem-solving.

Call for Speakers

Members interested in contributing to the technical programme are invited to submit a presentation proposal for either Wednesday or Thursday. Please send the presentation title together with a brief outline to IPLOCA Executive Director Georges Hage at georges.hage@iploca.com by 20 September at the latest.
