About Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi

The Coastal Bend Midstream Program (CBMP) was established in 2024 at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi (TAMUCC) to focus students, faculty, and research on the midstream industry. CBMP seeks to partner with companies, industry organizations, and government agencies to identify and solve real-world problems. CBMP promotes and pursues midstream industry-driven R&D and consulting, student and faculty education about the midstream industry, and knowledge transfer. Research strengths include: (i) big data, machine learning, and AI, (ii) material science and surface chemistry, (iii) industrial engineering, and (iv) GIS mapping. Hard spots, H2, and preventative maintenance are some topics of interest. Go to cbmp.tamucc.edu for more information on CBMP.
