Murphy Energy secures five-year gas distribution design & build framework with Cadent Gas

Murphy Energy announced that it has secured a five-year Gas Distribution Design & Build Framework for the Eastern and North London network area and regional allocation with Cadent, the UK’s largest gas distribution network. Cadent manages over 80,000 miles of pipeline, delivering gas to 11 million customers nationwide.

As a long-standing delivery partner, Murphy will continue to support their capital delivery portfolio and third-party interventions across the Eastern and North London networks, serving over 6.3 million homes and businesses. Together with Cadent’s Capital Delivery team, Murphy will be responsible for delivering world-class, safety-critical network interventions, diversions, modifications, and upgrades, working in an integrated and collaborative way to ensure reliability and resilience for customers.
