SACDE awarded major energy infrastructure projects in Argentina
Towards the end of 2025, SACDE strengthened its participation in the development of Argentina’s energy infrastructure with the award of two large-scale projects related to oil storage and gas transportation. One of these is the Gas Transportation System Expansion Works of the Perito Moreno Gas Pipeline for Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A.
The project includes the addition of three new compressor stations and upgrades on four existing compression stations, increasing transportation capacity up to 14 MMm³/d (0.49 BCF/d) and reaching a maximum operational capacity of 40 MMm³/d (1.41 BCF/d). Additionally, SACDE will execute the Punta Colorada Onshore Terminal – Vaca Muerta Oil Sur for VMOS S.A. The project involves the electromechanical assembly of an oil terminal located in Punta Colorada, Río Negro, with the objective of enabling crude oil exports through the Atlantic Ocean. As part of the VMOS system development, the scope includes the installation of equipment, systems and facilities required for terminal operations. These projects reinforce SACDE’s leadership in large-scale EPC project execution in Argentina.
