C.A.T. Group and NPCC Consortium Involvement in Estidama Package 3 Project

C.A.T. Group and NPCC have formed a consortium and secured a lump sum contract from ADNOC, for the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction works on the Estidama – Sales Gas Pipeline Network Enhancement – Package 3, involving new pipelines and facilities in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

The overall project value is over USD 600 million and will be completed over a period of approximately two and a half years. This project is part of the Estidama Programme which is of great strategic and economic significance to the U.A.E. It aims to ensure a sustainable and cost-effective supply of natural gas to meet both local and international demand. Additionally, this programme will drive further growth for ADNOC Gas by supporting its strategy to increase its market share and enhance its customer base.

The scope of the project involves the installation of 191 km of 56” and 52” sales gas pipelines, extending from the Habshan Complex to the Sweihan Consumer Receipt Station (CRS), with a route that passes through the Habshan Gas Compressor Plant (HGCP). Additionally, the project includes the installation of 22 km of 4” nitrogen pipeline, 1.8 km of 4” water pipeline, and a 36” jump-over connection, plus all the necessary associated facilities.
