Goriziane – Next-Generation “High Force” Internal Line-Up Clamps for Pipeline Fabrication

Goriziane E&C is pleased to present its new generation of Pneumatic Internal Line Up Clamps, developed as part of a new project for a pipe mill Double Joint fabrication facility in the USA. Available in two dedicated machine ranges, 28”-38”, 38”-48” and 46”-56”, each clamp covers a 10 inch pipe range and has been designed to support pipe fit-up operations with significant re-rounding capability.

The equipment combines pneumatic technology, controlled expansion and a modular architecture conceived to meet demanding wide range pipelines fabrication requirements. Its configuration supports accurate positioning, reliable alignment and smooth movement inside the pipe, while contributing to the protection of the internal coating during operation.
